Where’s the beef?
Can you tell I grew up in the 80’s? “Where’s the beef?” is a saying may famous by the little old lady in the Wendy’s ads when I was a kid.
You heard it everywhere.
When it comes to direct marketing you should be thinking the same thing – “Where’s the beef?” about your campaign each and every time. By that I mean you should be asking yourself the following:
- What will make someone look for a second longer? (where’s the little old lady?)
- What makes it worth it? (does the beef extend outside of the bun?)
- What is my hook? (will someone respond because it looks yummy?)
